Sessions are 50 minutes long and we’ll meet online on Zoom.
I see my clients on the same day and time every week.
-
The type of therapy I offer is depth-oriented and most effective with regular sessions. Therefore, I require a commitment from clients to do weekly therapy and pay for the time slot that has been reserved for them.
If you can't make it to your session, you can contact me with at least 48 hours’ notice to request a reschedule. Sessions can be rescheduled to the week during, before or after your absence. If we can't find a time that aligns with our schedules, you will be responsible for paying for the missed session.
You may also cancel 2 sessions per calendar year without paying the session fee as long as you provide 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel any sessions beyond those 2, or if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for paying for the session.
If I need to cancel our session, or if I’m on holiday, you will not be charged, and you can choose whether or not to reschedule the session. I will give you as much notice as possible.
-
The initial session is a full session at my regular rate. We'll start by talking about what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping to work on, and we'll explore how we might approach that together.
Usually we'll also have time to actually begin with IFS by getting to know a part of you that's present or that feels relevant to what you're carrying.
By the end, you'll have a real sense of what IFS work feels like with me.
-
I do sessions between 8-15 CET on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

I’m based in Sweden (Central European Time) and my session times are usually a good fit for clients in Europe/Africa who are looking to do daytime sessions. My schedule also suits clients in Asia/Oceania who want to meet late afternoon or evening.
I work with clients across the world, but I'm unable to see clients based in the US and Canada due to insurance reasons.
-
The length of therapy depends on your needs and what you’d like to work on.
Most of my clients choose longer-term therapy so they can do the deeper work needed for lasting change.
-
Payment for your sessions is due at the end of the month.
You can pay by local bank transfer if you’re based in Europe or by credit card if you’re outside Europe.

I work with adults (20 and older) who want to understand themselves on a deeper level, process past trauma, and move toward a steadier, more connected life.
I’m not the right fit if you’re currently dealing with schizophrenia, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), a personality disorder, or an acute crisis such as active suicidality or a recent suicide attempt, as I don’t have specialist training in these areas.
I recommend finding a therapist with specific expertise in these topics so that you can get the best possible support.
