It’s not an intake or a long-term commitment – just one meeting where we focus on what matters most to you in this moment.
Who this session is for
This session is for anyone who wants a bit of space to breathe, reflect, and find some clarity. You might come because:
You need space to talk things through about something you’ve been dealing with.
You’d like someone to really listen and help you make sense of what’s been happening inside or around you.
You’re facing a change or transition and want to think it through with support rather than alone.
You’ve heard about IFS and want to experience a one-off session to get a sense of what it’s like.
You’re a therapist wanting to ask about IFS – or to think through questions about your practice, marketing, or niche with someone who understands the field.
There’s no set agenda. You bring what feels important, and I’ll meet you there.
