Therapy for Sensitive Minds
Support for deep thinkers who are ready to feel more like themselves again.
Do you often feel different — needing more space, quiet, or time to process than others seem to?
Were you once a gifted kid or a high-achiever, but now find yourself burned out, stuck, or struggling to keep going?
Have you ever hidden parts of yourself, or felt pressure to explain your sexuality, neurodivergence, or lifestyle — even in spaces that were supposed to be accepting?
You’re in the right place.

When you're sensitive, neurodivergent or just feel different in some way, the world can often be too much — especially when you take everything in so deeply.
You live with an ongoing tension — a pull between wanting closeness and needing distance to feel safe.
You have spent years adapting, pushing yourself, or trying to fit into spaces that weren’t built with you in mind.
You’re not broken. You’re just wired differently — and that’s okay.
There’s a different way forward. Together, we can slow down, listen inward, and help the exhausted parts of you to find relief.
Hi, I’m Sanni.
I’m an IFS Practitioner supporting sensitive, neurodivergent individuals — often those who feel at odds with fast-paced or conventional ways of living.
Based in Sweden, I offer online therapy for English-speaking clients across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the UK, and beyond.
In IFS therapy, we’ll explore why parts of you may act in ways that are extreme, avoidant, anxious, or overwhelming — and how to build a steadier, kinder relationship with them.
As we build trust with these parts, you’ll start working with them rather than feeling at their mercy.
Over time, the parts carrying old pain and burdens can begin to heal, helping you feel more connected to yourself and more free to create the life you want.
ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR LIFE ARE WELCOME IN OUR SESSIONS
I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and have a lot of experience working with individuals whose lives don’t fit traditional molds — including those who are child-free, polyamorous, or exploring asexuality.
I’m also neurodiversity-affirming. I see neurodivergence — including HSP, autism, and ADHD — as natural variation in how our minds work, not something to fix.
WHAT SESSIONS ARE LIKE
In our sessions, we'll go at a pace that feels right for you — while also staying connected to what really matters. Together, we'll explore the beliefs, patterns, and burdens at the heart of what you’re struggling with, so we can get to the roots rather than just staying on the surface. The goal is to create real shifts in how you relate to yourself and to others.
WHO TENDS TO FIND THIS WORK MEANINGFUL
I often work with sensitive, thoughtful people — HSPs, autistics, ADHDers, therapists, and anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or like they don’t quite fit into the usual ways of doing things.
